Illumination must meet electrical and fire safety requirements, use industrial lighting equipment with fire protection systems, be securely fastened, withstand wind, snow, and vibrations, and not direct beams into traffic lanes.
Advertisements cannot be placed on architectural details, memorial plaques, or within 1 meter of architectural information boards.
Facade advertisements must be located below the central area between first and second floor windows, above entrances or windows, and on intermediate walls. Multiple facades on the same building must align horizontally.
The advertisement area must not exceed 50% of the window area and can be mounted using fixing or base elements.
Bracket panels must be placed below the central area between first and second floor windows, at least 2.2 m from the ground, with at least 3 m spacing between panels. Only one panel per entity per building. Panels on multiple floors must align horizontally. Fixing elements must not exceed 0.2 m from the facade; the outer edge not more than 1 m. Height ≤1 m, width ≤0.2 m. In protected historical and cultural zones, height and length ≤0.5 m.
